3 c sugar
1 1/4 c white Karo
1 c cold water
1 lb. Spanish peanuts, raw with skins
1/2 cube butter
1 t soda
1/8 t salt
1 t vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sugar, Karo, & water to 230 degrees. Don't stir.
Add peanuts and stir until 300 degrees (starts to go brown).
Turn off heat. Add butter, soda, salt, and vanilla. Pour out on greased cookie sheet to cool.
