1-garlic clove, halved
6-Cups lightly packed torn mixed salad greens
1-Medium tomato, cut into wedges
1-Medium size green pepper, thinly sliced into rings
1/4-tsp. dried oregano
1/4-tsp. freshly ground pepper.Salt
1/4-small cucumber, thinly sliced
4-radishes, thinly sliced
1/2-c. crumbled feta cheese
1/4-c. pitted ripe olives or kalamata olives, pitted
1/2-c. olive oil
1/4-c. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Rub the inside of large wooden salad bowl with cut sides of garlic. Discard garlic. Add salad greens and next 8 ingredients to bowl. Toss well. Combine olive oil and next 4 ingredients. Stir well. Pour dressing over salad and toss gently. Serve immediately. For variety subsitute wine vinegar for lemon juice.

I like Greek salad served over potato salad with pita bread. It is very good served this way.
