1 1/3 c sugar
3 T flour
1 egg
3 c rhubarb

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar and flour. Add egg & mix well. Stir in rhubarb, cut in 1-in pieces. Pour into unbaked pie crust, cover with upper crust and bake for 35 mins. at 450 degrees.
