Ingredients:  
2 unbaked pre-made pie shells
2 Tbsp oil
1 onion, chopped
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp salt
2 beaten eggs
1 cup Swiss cheese, grated
1 1/2 cups frozen chopped spinach (or 4 cups fresh spinach)

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion in oil until tender. Add spinach and cook until wilted or heated through. Add rest of ingredients and mix well. Pour into pie shell. Arrange second pie shell on top and seal. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes. Serve in hot wedges.
