2 Tbsp olive oil
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp wine vinegar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp pepper
12 large mushrooms
2 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp salt
4 strips bacon
4 green onions cut into thirds
2 Tbsp Red Thai Chili Sauce (opt)
1 lb boneless chicken breast cubed into 1 1/2" pieces

Mix half the oil with all the Worcestershire, soy, vinegar, garlic and pepper. Throw in the chicken and marinate for 20 minutes. Combine mushrooms, remaining oil, lemon juice and salt. Let stand 20 minutes. Wrap the chicken cubes in bacon and thread onto skewers alternately with the mushrooms and green onions. (Save the marinade.) Place on greased BBQ over medium heat. Close lid and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, marinating with brush.
