1 1/2 c. broccoli - florets, diced
1 1/2 c. cauliflower - florets, diced
1 zucchini - medium, sliced
12 carrots - baby, sliced
1/2 c. onion - matchstick size sliced
1 c. vinaigrette dressing - your choice. Balsamic/Italian/Sundried Tomato etc.

Directions:
Directions:
Chop veggies, put them in a large glass bowl, mix in the vinaigrette.

Cover and refridgerate for 6 to 24 hours, stir occasionally.

So easy; perfect for picnics because you don't have to worry about spoilage. Its amazing how the salad dressing softens the veggies, but it still remains crunchy. Goes well with everything. It's a friends & family favourite.
