4 cups flour 4 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 1 cup margarine, softened 2 cups sugar 4 eggs 1 cup milk 2 tsp vanilla 2 cups frozen blueberries (do not thaw)
2 Tbsp sugar 1/2 tsp nutmeg
Cream margarine and sugar. Add eggs, milk and vanilla. Mix well. Stir in dry ingredients just until moistened. Fill greased muffin tins and sprinkle with topping. Bake at 375º for 20-25 minutes. Makes 2 dozen muffins.
