Measure first 8 ingredients into medium sized bowl. Stir. Add milk and cooking oil. Stir to form soft ball. Pat or roll on lightly floured surface 3/4" thick. Cut straight down with 1 3/4" cookie cutter. Arrange on ungreased baking sheet. Bake in 425º oven for 12-15 minutes until raised and brown. These biscuits freeze well.
