Graham wafer crust (crust can also be made from crushed, crispy ginger snaps)



Filling:

1 cup pure pumpkin
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ginger
1/4 pail of ice cream (softened)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients. Pour filling over crust and freeze. Take out at least 10 minutes before serving. Top with whipping cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
