24 jumbo pasta shells, cooked and cooled
3 C. cheddar or cheddar jack cheese, shredded
1 onion, chopped
6 C. stuffing (stove top or homemade)
3 lbs. chicken, cooked and diced
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 C. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cheese, onion, stuffing and chicken. Stuff shells and place open side down in a large baking dish (this will fill 1-1/2 9x13 pans). Combine soup and milk; pour over shells. Bake at 350 until heated through and bubbly. I like to melt more cheese on the top towards the end of baking.
