1 pkg yeast
1/2 cup warm water
1 cup milk
3/4 cup margarine
1 1/4 cup mashed potatoes
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp salt
2 eggs
8-8 1/2 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in water. In a pan, combine milk, margarine and potatoes. Cook and stir over low heat just until margarine is melted. Remove from heat and place in a large bowl with sugar and salt. Add 2 cups flour and the yeast mixture. Add eggs and mix well. Stir in remaining flour to make a soft dough. Cover and let rise until double in bulk. Roll out dough. Cut into triangles. Roll up to make a crescent. Let crescents rise on pan. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes until golden brown.
