6 eggs 2 Tbsp yeast 1/2 cup sugar 1 tsp salt 1/2 cup margarine 2 cups milk 1 cup half and half cream flour enough to make a soft dough
Beat eggs until frothy. Mix ingredients. Let rise until double in bulk. Roll dough out into long narrow rectangle. Brush with 1/2 cup margarine. Spread brown sugar and cinnamon on top. Roll. Slice into 1 " pieces. Let rise in pan for 20 minutes. Bake until golden brown.
