2 lbs hamburger, browned
1/2 tin cream of mushroom soup
1/2 pkg onion soup mix


1 pkg yeast
1 1/2 cups warm potato water
1/3 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup shortening
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup mashed potatoes
7-7 1/2 cups flour

Mix filling ingredients. Set aside and let cool. Work dough until smooth. Let rise until double in bulk. Pinch off bun. Stretch out into a flat circle. Place 1 tsp filling in centre of circle. Gather edges of circle together and twist shut. Place on pan. Let rise 20 minutes. Brush buns with 1 beaten egg. Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired. Bake at 350 until brown.
