layer of raw potatoes, thinly sliced
layer of raw onions, thinly sliced
layer of raw carrots, thinly sliced
1/2 cup uncooked rice
1 cup peas
1 can tomato soup
1/2 cup water
salt and pepper to taste
1 lb beef or pork sausages or ground beef

Directions:
Directions:
In a large casserole dish, layer 1" potatoes and add a layer of carrots and onions. Sprinkle with rice and add a layer of peas. Top with sausages. Mix tomato soup with water. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake for 2 hours at 350. Cover for the first hour only.
