1 pound ground beef 2 cans cream of mushroom soup 1/2 -1 chopped onion salt and pepper 1 bag tater tots 1 pound shredded cheddar cheese 1/2 cup milk (optional)
Preheat oven to 350º Brown ground beef and onions. in 9x13 casserole dish mix the 2 cans of mushroom soup with about 1/2 can of milk. Add browned ground beef and onion mixture to mushroom soup add dash of salt and pepper. Cover the with tater tots. Cook about 15 minutes. Add shredded cheese and cook until cheese has melted and is bubbly. Let cool and serve.
