1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp minced ginger
3/4 cup Diana Sauce, rib and chicken flavour
1 tsp hot pepper sauce (or cayenne pepper)
a variety of vegetables (red and green peppers, onions, zucchini, mushrooms)
a variety of fruit (fresh pineapple, limes, mango)
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into large cubes
1/2 tsp ground cardamom

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the marinade ingredients and divide into three parts. Toss the chicken with one part and marinate for 15 minutes. Cut the fruit and vegetables and marinate in the second portion for 10 minutes. Thread the chicken, vegetable and fruit alternately onto skewers. Grill on the BBQ, turning as needed and basting with remaining sauce just before removing from the grill. The cardamom really makes the unique flavor.
