1 lb. bacon, cut in pieces
2 stalks celery, diced
2 small onions, chopped
1 c. dry wild rice, cooked (Yields 3 cups)
2 cans chicken broth
1-2 pints Half & Half (for less calories use whole milk)
3 cans Cream of Potato Soup
2 c. shredded American or cheddar cheese
1 t. chicken soup base

Directions:
Directions:
Fry together bacon, celery, and onions. Prepare wild rice as the package directs. In a large crock pot combine the bacon mixture, cooked rice, and remaining ingredients. Keep hot in crock pot (or on very low heat on stove), but do not boil.
