3 Tbsp soy sauce
2 Tbsp cooking oil
2 Tbsp finely chopped green pepper
1 tsp finely shredded orange peel
2 Tbsp orange juice
1 tsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp ground ginger
2 pork loin rib chops

Directions:
Directions:
In a mixing bowl combine soy sauce, cooking oil, green pepper, orange peel, orange juice, brown sugar and the ground ginger. Place the pork chops in a plastic bag set in a bowl. Pour the marinade over meat and close the bag. Marinate the meat in the refrigerator at least 3 hours or overnight, turning bag occasionally to distribute the marinade. Before serving, drain the pork chops, reserving marinade. Grill chops over medium slow heat for 25 minutes. Brush the chops with some of the reserved marinade. Turn and grill, covered, 25-30 minutes more. Brush the chops with the reserved marinade occasionally. 2 servings.
