4 small eggs
1 c sugar
1/4 tsp. baking powder
2 c milk
1/3 c butter (melted)
1/2 c flour
3/4 c coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
Whipped cream
Maraschino cherries (halved)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine eggs, sugar, flour, baking powder, milk, melted butter, coconut and vanilla; mix well. Pour into greased pie pan. Bake in preheated oven at 350 for 50 minutes or until golden brown. Garnish with whipped cream and cherries.
