2 T. butter 4 t. flour 1/8 t. garlic powder 6 oz. milk 3 oz. cream cheese 6 oz. Velveeta 2 lb. corn 3 - 4 oz. ham or bacon, cooked
Melt butter - stir in flour and garlic powder - add milk all at once. Cook over medium heat until thickened and bubbly. Add cheeses - stir until melted. Add corn and ham. Heat in crock-pot or oven (350º) until heated through and bubbly.
