Directions:
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Slice the candy bar into eight 3/4" wide pieces. Place them at least 3" apart on the baking sheet. Bake on middle rack of the oven at 350 for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely. Makes 8 cookies. This is a great cheat dessert that works every time. They turn into beautiful crisp lacey chocolate-peanut cookies. Perfect for tucking in a bowl of ice cream.
