One whole chicken (cooked and boned)
1 (8 oz.) package noodles
Make 3 cups of cheese sauce:
6 T. flour
6 T. margarine or butter
3 c. milk
4 slices American cheese
1 can mushroom pieces
1 small jar chopped pimentoes

Directions:
Directions:
Shred cooked chicken into smaller pieces. Prepare the noodles. Make cheese sauce by making a roux of margarine or butter and flour, slowly add milk (stirring all the while) and break cheese into pieces and stir into the mix.

In a 13" x 9" casserole dish add the noodles, chicken pieces, mushroom pieces and pimentoes, toss to mix well, pour the cheese sauce over the noodle mixture and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
