1 lb. ground beef
c. parmesan cheese
2 eggs (lightly beaten)
1 c. seasoned Italian bread crumbs
1 tsp. black pepper
2 tsp. garlic salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients thoroughly. Roll into balls, 2-3 ounces each. Pan fry in oil on stove until cooked through and meat is no longer red.
