3 C. broccoli florets
3 C. cauliflower florets
1 C. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 C. chopped onion
1/4 C. raisins
1/2 C. mayonnaise
1/4 C. sugar (or use equivalent low calorie sweetener)
1 T. cider vinegar
4 slices bacon, crisp-cooked and crumbled
2 T. sunflower seed kernels

Directions:
Directions:
Toss the broccoli, cauliflower, cheese, onion and raisins in a salad bowl. Mix mayonnaise, sugar and cider vinegar together and toss with the broccoli mixture. Chill, covered for at least one hour. Sprinkle with bacon and sunflower kernels just before serving.
