1-1/2 lbs. Pollock fillets 1/2 C. grated Parmesan cheese 1/4 C. melted butter 3/4 C. sour cream Salt and pepper to taste
Place Pollock fillets in greased baking dish (or use Pam). Mix remaining ingredients together and spread on top of the fillets. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes at 350 degrees or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
