1 beaten egg
1 can corn, drained
1 can creamed corn
1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
1 (16 oz.) sour cream
c. (1 stick) butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients, and mix well. Pour into an 8" x 8" pan. Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes until knife comes out clean from center.
