Pork shoulder steak (cut into small pieces) 12 oz. bottle salsa (medium) Fresh or canned tomatoes 1 tsp. cumin 1 tsp. Lawry's pinch of herbs seasoning 1 T. oil
Cut pork shoulder steak into 1" cubes, brown in oil with cumin and pinch of herbs sprinkled on top. Add fresh tomatoes or canned tomatoes and 1/2 jar salsa; add about 1-2 cups water. Simmer for 1-1/2 to 2 hours adding water as needed.
