1 1/2 lb. butter
3 cups celery, diced
1/2 cup chopped parsley
1 lb. sliced mushrooms
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. pepper
21 cups bread cubes

Directions:
Directions:
Saute all ingredients except the bread cubes for about 20 minutes. Cool. Add the bread cubes and mix. This mixture will stuff a 20 lb. turkey.
