Marinade:

1/4 cup lemon juice
2 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp garlic, minced
1/2 tsp ground mustard
1/2 tsp dried oregano
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips


Cucumber Dill Sauce:

1/2 cup cucumbers, finely chopped
1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced (opt)
1/3 cup fat yogurt
1/4 tsp dill
1/4 tsp garlic, minced
1/4 tsp salt
1 Tbsp sugar
2 pita rounds, cut in half
lettuce, sliced
tomatoes, diced

Directions:
Directions:
Combine lemon juice, oil, garlic, mustard and oregano in a gallon zip top plastic bag. Add the chicken and seal the bag, turning gently to distribute marinade evenly. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. BBQ chicken on medium hot grill until done. Cut chicken into cubes or strips. Mix cucumber sauce ingredients together. Tuck chicken into warm pita pockets, drizzle with cucumber sauce, and add lettuce and tomato. Enjoy!
