1 pkg. lemon gelatin
1 cup boiling water
1 (8 oz) pkg. cream cheese, softened
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 cup sugar
1 large can evaporated milk, chilled
1 graham cracker crust

Directions:
Directions:
Step 1 - Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; let cool.

Step 2 - Cream sugar and cream cheese well; whip chilled milk.

Step 3 - Mix steps 1 and 2 together. Fold in whipped milk and lemon juice.

Step 4 - Pour into crust and chill at least 2 hours to set firmly.
