1- 2 lb. deer steak (preferably tenderloin), cut into 1/2 inch slices
flour
salt and pepper
1 cup milk (more if needed)

Directions:
Directions:
Tenderize meat with meat tenderizer. In bowl, add flour and salt and pepper to taste. In another bowl, add milk. Dip meat in milk, then roll in flour mixture and fry in electric skillet, browning on one side, then the other. Drain on paper towels.
