1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
1 can Ole El Paso enchilada sauce
1 can Rotel
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can green chilies (optional)
Flour tortillas
Grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat and drain. Add the remaining ingredients. Cook until heated through and through in a 9x13 casserole dish (or cake pan). Make a layer of flour tortillas. On top of these put a layer of meat mixture and then sprinkle with grated cheese. Continue alternating tortillas, meat, and cheese. When finished, bake at 350 until cheese is melted.
