2 1/2 cups flour
3/4 cup cocoa
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup white sugar
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 cup softened butter
2 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
75 Rolo candies

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, cocoa and baking soda. In a separate bowl beat sugar and butter. Add vanilla and eggs. Stir in flour/cocoa mixture. Chill dough for 1 hour. Shape about 1 1/2 tsp of dough around a Rolo, make sure Rolo is completely covered. Place on non-greased cookie sheet and chill for 1 hour. Bake 7-8 minutes at 375. Cool on wire rack. Makes 75 cookies. Optional: Drizzle with white chocolate when cool and garnish with a nut.
