6 large apples
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. water
Nutmeg to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cut apples into 8ths. Cook on medium in saucepan with water. Continue until apples are tende and clear. Add sugar and simmer for 10 min. Add nutmeg to taste.
