Personal Notes:
Christmas Brunch would not be the same without the sausage balls. This was Debbie Wells' signature dish for brunch, and the basket was always empty. These can be frozen and cooked while frozen; allow a few more minutes.

Ginger alters the recipe slightly and does 2 cups Bisquick, 2 lbs sausage and 2 cups cheese.

Joy alters the recipe slightly and does 2 cups Bisquick, 1 lb sausage and 16 oz. cheese
