1 lb. carrots cooked
1 cup orange juice
1/2 cup sugar
2 T. cornstarch
2 T. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar and cornstarch, add juice and butter. Cook until thick, stirring constantly. Add carrots. Make a day ahead and bake in oven at 350 for 45 minutes.
