1 1/2 cups Ritz crackers (crushed)
1 T. melted butter

2 qt vanilla ice cream
1 qt. lime sherbet
zest and juice from 1 lime

4 T. real lemon juice
1 cup sugar
6 T. butter
2 beaten eggs

Mix the crust ingredients and pat into a 9x13 pan.

Blend together the icecream, sherbet and lime zest and juice. Pour over crust.

Mix the topping ingredients and cook over low heat until thickened. Cool and put on top of ice cream. Freeze
