1 cup onion,chopped
3 tbl brown sugar
3 tbl cider vinegar
1 bottle chili sauce 1/2 bottle water

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion till golden
Add brown sugar, vinegar, chili sauce and water.

Simmer gently 1 -2 hours

This is a recipe my mother made....just the smell was wonderful...but so was the barbecue sauce
