Gelatin:

1 six oz package raspberry Jello

1 16 oz can whole cranberries
OR 16 oz cranberry sauce
1 c crushed pineapple
1/2 c Burgundy wine
1/3 c chopped walnuts



Topping:

8 oz package cream cheese
1 1/2 c Cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
Serves: 8
Preparation Time: 30 Minutes

Gelatin:
Dissolve gelatin in 2 cups boiling water. Stir in cranberry sauce, undrained pineapple and wine. Chill until partially set. Stir in nuts, pour into mold and chill until firm.

Topping:
Mix all ingredients and serve as the toping for cranberry gelatin.
