2 c sugar
2 c cream or rich milk
2/3 c corn syrup
8 T butter
4 T flour
4 T cornstarch
1 t vanilla
1 c chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Boil together sugar, 1 c cream, and corn syrup until soft ball stage.
Add 1 c cream; stir well.
Add butter, flour, & cornstarch creamed together. Stir until it forms a real firm ball in cold water.
Remove from stove; add vanilla and nuts. Pour in buttered dish, cool, cut into squares.
