2 qts pickling onions
2 doz cucumbers
2 heads cauliflower
2 c vinegar
4 c water
3 c sugar
1 c flour
4 T dry mustard
1 scant t tumeric

Directions:
Directions:
Let cukes, onions, & cauliflower stand in salt water 24 hours. Cook separately until tender in the salt water they soaked in. Drain water off.
Put 2 c vinegar and 4 c water on & let boil.
Put 2 c sugar in vinegar & water.
Mix dry 1 c sugar, flour, mustard, and tumeric. Add 1 c water & vinegar, to make a paste.
Stir into boiling vinegar & water and cook a few minutes, stirring constantly. Add onions, cauliflower and cucumbers. Let boil.
Seal.
