8 eggs
clarified butter
salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Bring griddle up to high to medium-high heat for about 5-10 minutes. Lay down some clarified butter on the griddle and crack 2 eggs at a time and lay them in the butter, salt and pepper. Watch the whites as they form, turn them over to finish cooking them to over medium so none of the white is running. Serve them with the yoke up.

Personal Notes:
No pepper for Tana, Mallory or Makenna. Over easy with pepper and hot sauce for me, probably on top of the Pan Fried Potatoes and Onions.
