1 pkg McCormicks white chicken chili seasoning 4 cans white northern beans 1 can diced green chiles 1 onion, diced and sauteed (i did mine in olive oil) 8 oz sour cream 1 small bar of cream cheese or half of regular bar chicken broth 16 oz 8 oz whipping cream (could use half and half) 1 c shredded monterey jack blend 2 lbs diced, cooked chicken (I sauteed mine in olive oil.)
Saute your onions and chicken first. Then combine everything and heat.
