1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
dash salt
3/4 c. milk
2 c. frozen fruit (blackberries or peaches or blueberries, etc.)

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in 3 quart dish in 350 oven. Mix together sugar, flour, baking powder, salt and milk and pour in middle of dish over butter. Pile fruit in center of batter in dish. Bake in 350 oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
