2 lbs. ground chuck, browned and drained
1 lb. Jimmy Dean hot sausage browned and drained
16 oz. can tomato sauce + 1 can of water
2 cans Rotel
2 cans Bush's chili beans
1 pkg dry ranch dressing mix
salt & pepper
chili powder to taste

Add all ingredients together. Cook until bubbly. Serve with sour cream, fritoes, cheese, and mexican cornbread!
