1#(?) vanilla cream-filled cookies
2 eggs, separated
1 sq butter or marg
1 can blueberry pie filling
1 c powdered sugar
1 c chopped nuts
1 c whipping cream (do not sweeten)

Directions:
Directions:
Crush cookies and line a large dripper pan, using 3/4 of the crushed cookies.
Cream egg yolks, butter and sugar. Beat egg whites until stiff and add to mixture. Spread this mixture over the cookie crumbs. Spread pie filling over mixture, then spread nuts on top of pie filling. Spread whipped cream and remaining crumbs on top. Refrigerate 12 hours. Serve with whipped cream, if desired.
