2 C. sugar
2 C. self-rising flour
1/2 C. butter
1/2 C. oil
1 C. water
4 T. baking cocoa
2 eggs
1/2 C. milk
1 t. vanilla
1 t. baking soda

1 stick butter, melted
4 T. baking cocoa
6 T. milk
1 box powdered sugar
1 t. vanilla
1/2 C. nuts, if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven and grease and flour a 9 x 13 pan. In a saucepan, melt butter, oil, water and 4 T. cocoa. Remove from heat and add flour and sugar and mix until well blended. Add eggs and beat. Stir in milk, baking soda and vanilla. Pour into pan and bake at 350 for 18-22 minutes. For fudge frosting, bring to boil butter, milk and 4 T. of cocoa together blending well. Pour hot mixture over powdered sugar in a bowl and add vanilla (and nuts if desired). Stir until well blended. Pour over the cake while the cake is still hot.
