1 (2 layer) box super moist (pudding added) yellow, chocolate or lemon cake mix
1/2 c. butter
3 eggs, 1 slightly beaten
1 - 8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
1 t. vanilla
1 lb. box powdered sugar plus extra for sprinkling

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. With fork, mix cake mix, butter and slightly beaten egg. Spread in 9 x 13 pan. With electric mixer, mix the remaining ingredients (except the powdered sugar for sprinkling). Pour on top of the batter. Bake 35-50 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cool and cut.
