"As I ate the oysters with their strong taste of the sea and their faint metallic taste that the cold white wine washed away, leaving only the sea taste and the succulent texture, and as I drank their cold liquid from each shell and washed it down with the crisp taste of the wine, I lost the empty feeling and began to be happy, and to make plans."--Ernest Hemingway

1 cup of Parmesan cheese
8 large egg yolks
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil leaves

Directions:
Heat the oil in a heavy large frying pan over medium heat. Add the bacon and garlic and saute until it is brown and crisp, about 8 minutes.
In a large bowl, whisk together the cream, cheese, yolks, basil and parsley. Meanwhile, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil over high heat. Add the spaghetti and cook until it is just tender but still firm to the bite, stirring occasionally, for about 10 minutes, then drain.

Add the chicken to the pan with the bacon and the petite pea, and stir to combine. Next, add the spaghetti and the cream mixture and toss over medium-low heat until the chicken is heated through and the sauce coats the spaghetti thickly, ( do not boil or you scramble the eggs)
Season the paste to tasted, with pepper and salt if needed. Transfer the pasta to a serving dish.
