1 large can tomato juice (1 1/2 qts.)
1 qt. water
1/2 c onions, sautéed)
1 med green pepper
1 lb. hamburger
3 T flour
1 c water
1 T salt
1 can enchiladas sauce OR
1 T chili powder and 2-3 chili peppins

Directions:
Directions:
Boil together until hamburger is cooked. Thicken with 3 T (rounding) flour in about 1 c water. Add salt and spices or enchilada sauce.

Mom deep fried corn tortillas and dunked them in the sauce to soften. On top of the tortillas she put chopped lettuce and onion, grated cheese, and topped with the sauce.
